You will bridge Engineering, Product, Data, Customer Success, Sales and Marketing, owning core parts of our product and building custom solutions when needed.

The ideal candidate blends business operations experience with deep technical capability and a passion for proactive, data-driven systems to support growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and scaling technical solutions, including Python.
• Strong system design and scalable architecture understanding.
• Experience cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional technical projects and own product and operations systems to enable rapid growth.
• Discover stakeholder needs to enhance automation, AI-enabled experiences, analytics, and scalability.
• Collaborate with customers on milestones in their journey.
• Continuously ship new features in a production environment deployed 100+ times per day.
• Balance speed and quality while iterating production systems.
