Job summary

Serko is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer in the United States to own the end-to-end development of our next-gen AI products. You will build and maintain internal platforms, dashboards, APIs, and automated workflows to empower our AI engineers and scale our platform.

The role requires 5+ years in full-stack engineering, strong Python backend skills, and experience with React/TypeScript. Cloud familiarity (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) are important assets.

Qualifications

• Core Backend Comfort: A deep comfort with Python, building dependable backend services and clean REST APIs.
• An Eye for Internal Tooling: Crafting dashboards and internal tools using TypeScript and React.
• Production AI Experience: Managing machine learning-based applications in live production.
• Cloud & DevOps Literacy: Familiar with AWS, GCP or Azure, plus Docker/Kubernetes basics.

Responsibilities

• Craft Beautiful Internal UIs: dashboards, model registries, and experiment trackers using React/Next.js.
• Nurture Backend Infrastructure: design and support backend services and APIs in Python.
• Build Safe, Sustainable Automation: automate model deployment, rollbacks, and scaling with IaC and scripts.
• Cultivate System Visibility: integrate Grafana, Prometheus, DataDog, LangSmith for observability.
• Champion Code Quality & Trust: write testing, evaluation, and validation logic for ML pipelines.
• Partner with Internal Teams: collaborate with engineering teams, gather feedback, iterate tooling.
• Share Knowledge Generously: document systems and contribute to runbooks and wikis.
