Job summary

Citi is seeking a senior leader for Engineering & Delivery Lead (Data Services) in Pune. You will own end-to-end technical delivery, architectural alignment, and global engineering execution for data services platforms.

A core focus is AI-first development and adherence to enterprise standards across multiple pods. Responsibilities include line management of distributed teams, architectural governance, and regulatory/program delivery, with a strong emphasis on security and scalable data

Qualifications

Experience managing distributed software/data engineering teams.
Hands-on leadership across agile pods.
AI-first development mindset and adoption of AI tools.
End-to-end ownership of data services and pipelines.
Enforce CI/CD and test automation standards.

Responsibilities

Engineering Line Management: manage and develop a distributed team across locations.
Agile Pod Delivery: lead pods, drive sprints, reviews, alignment.
AI-First Software Delivery: promote AI tools to accelerate delivery and testing.
End‑to‑End Technical Delivery: ownership from inception to production deployment.
Engineering Excellence: enforce unit/integration testing and CI/CD practices.
