Qualifications
- 12+ years of software engineering and architecture experience
- Leadership and architecture experience
- Proficiency in Python and/or Java with strong SQL skills
- Experience delivering AI/ML and LLM-driven applications
- Experience with distributed systems and event streaming
- Cloud-native and container platforms experience (Kubernetes/OpenShift)
- Data architecture with relational databases and in-memory stores
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/SE or related field
- Commitment to clean, maintainable code and ownership of outcomes
Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction and architectural governance across Citi Wealth Technology
- Mentor mid-level to senior engineers and conduct code reviews
- Drive adoption of AI development tools and frameworks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps
- Own end-to-end architecture for AI platforms, LLM orchestration, and cloud-native services
