You will lead a high-performing core technology team delivering scalable, enterprise-grade frameworks that support regulatory reporting applications.

The role emphasizes integrating AI/ML to streamline onboarding of evolving regulations, with deep Java and big data expertise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior architectural/engineering role.
• 5+ years leading enterprise architecture in banking/financial services.
• Deep domain knowledge of financial services and regulatory data.

Responsibilities

• Lead core framework ownership for Java-based platforms.
• Build and optimize big data pipelines with Hadoop, Kafka, Spark, Databricks.
• Establish best practices for Java development in distributed environments.
• Capable governance with ARBs, design principles, and security standards.
• Evaluate architectures for performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
• Provide strategic advisory to senior stakeholders.
