Job summary

Citi seeks an Apps Development Group Manager in Pune to drive data engineering initiatives, oversee data platforms, and shape the data strategy across reporting domains. You will lead a team delivering end-to-end data pipelines, ETL processing, and data governance to support analytics and machine learning workloads.

The role requires deep experience in data engineering, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with business and technology stakeholders across large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in Data Engineering and data transformation within large financial services.
• Strong knowledge of the EIM and Issue Management domain, including CAPs, Exceptions, Milestones, and end-to-end workflows.
• Proven leadership delivering enterprise data transformation and modernization programs, including data architecture, ETL, and platform migrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagement and end-to-end technology roadmap for the Data and Reporting domains.
• Lead data strategy and coordinate with module leads for data integrations and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes for reliable data delivery.
