Job summary

ExaCare AI is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to architect and scale the infrastructure, backend systems, and internal platform capabilities powering our healthcare products. You will own production systems end-to-end, drive reliability, and improve developer velocity across teams.

You will design scalable APIs and event-driven workflows using TypeScript, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern infrastructure tooling. Emphasis on security, observability, and continuous reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience focusing on backend systems, infrastructure, or DevOps.
• Experience building and operating scalable distributed systems in production.
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with serverless technologies like AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or Google Cloud Functions.
• Deep experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and modern DevOps tooling.
• Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, observability, and reliability practices.
• Ability to learn new technologies rapidly and execute ambiguous, high-impact projects.
• Strong communication skills across teams.
• Bonus: experience with LLM infrastructure or AI tooling.
