AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, build, and scale core infrastructure that supports rapid growth.

You will manage cloud resources on AWS and Kubernetes, implement service mesh patterns, and champion secure, reliable platform services for distributed apps. This role emphasizes ownership, strong communication with stakeholders, and the ability to work 100% remotely with flexible hours.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 3+ years of API design and development, including REST/gRPC.
• 2+ years of AWS and Kubernetes with Istio/Linkerd/Cilium Service Mesh experience.
• 2+ years building advanced architectural components (service registry, streaming, event bus, distributed caching, polyglot persistence).
• 6+ months of experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months of SDLC AI-native usage via Claude Code or similar.
• Excellent communication, willingness to learn, and ownership.
• Growth through mentorship, tech talks, challenging projects, and learning budget.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable platform services to support Arkestro's growth.
• Measure, monitor, and optimize system performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing infrastructure-level improvements.
• Manage cloud resources and service boundaries, ensuring security and operational excellence.
• Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize the development process and increase efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.
