Job summary

Triumph seeks a Senior Software Engineer, Product Platform to own and harden the systems behind every product. You will make anti-fraud, payments, onboarding, and operational dashboards faster and more reliable while enabling greenfield work across teams.

You’ll work in SF, scale to high-volume, and push AI into daily workflows. This role combines ownership with fast-moving experimentation and cross-team impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building complex platform systems at scale.
• Experience scaling core systems like payments, onboarding, fraud and trust as usage grows.
• Strong backend fundamentals with typed languages (Go, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Own the stability of Triumph's critical systems and keep the platform healthy as we grow.
• Build and scale systems that move and account for real money with correctness and auditability.
• Protect players and the platform with anti-fraud, dispute handling, and trust tooling.
• Scale core systems to 16x volume across products and countries.
• Own the internal dashboard and operational tooling for support and payments ops.
• Expand platform capabilities with new payment rails, markets, and currencies.
• Incorporate AI as a core part of development and establish best practices.
