Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Platform Product Manager for Payments Infrastructure and Agentic AI in a New York hybrid setting. You will own the platform roadmap connecting core transaction infrastructure with autonomous agent-driven architectures and build 0-to-1 APIs and developer tools for secure commerce at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product management building developer-facing platform APIs or transactional systems.
• Strong domain expertise in payments infrastructure including authorization, settlement, fraud, and disputes.
• Fluency with emerging agent standards and transaction protocols (e.g., MCP, x402, Web Bot Auth).
• Proven track record delivering 0-to-1 platform capabilities in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Define platform product strategy, requirements, and API specs for autonomous agent-driven commerce.
• Drive integration of agentic protocols into scalable backend systems.
• Architect safeguards for real-time authentication, dispute handling, and compliance controls.
• Coordinate with AI orgs, PSPs, and merchants to align technical standards and data-sharing interfaces.
• Partner with Legal, Risk, and Compliance on privacy and global financial regulations.
• Work with engineering and developer experience teams to ship resilient APIs and dashboards.
• Translate advancements in autonomous AI into a durable, multi-year platform roadmap.
