Job summary

Triumph is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Product Platform, to own the core systems that power every product on Triumph’s platform. You will ensure the stability of real-money payments, fraud controls, onboarding, and the internal dashboard across teams and countries.

You’ll push AI-driven enhancements, scale infrastructure for hypergrowth, and collaborate with a small team to move fast while maintaining reliability and auditability. This role is based at Triumph’s San Francisco HQ.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building complex platform systems at scale.
• Experience scaling core systems like payments, onboarding, fraud, or trust.
• Ability to own ambiguous problems end to end.
• Treat AI development as core to workflow and shipping.
• Strong backend fundamentals with typed languages.

Responsibilities

• Own the stability of Triumph's critical systems across products.
• Build systems that handle real money with correctness and auditability.
• Protect players and platform with anti-fraud and trust tooling.
• Scale core systems to 16x volume across products and countries.
• Own internal dashboard and operations tooling for teams.
• Expand platform with new rails, markets, and currencies.
• Incorporate AI as a core part of development and review processes.
