Job summary

Socure is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy. The Senior Product Manager for Core Fraud Services will lead a highly technical platform product, shaping shared services, APIs, and machine learning capabilities that power our fraud decisioning across products.

You will partner with Engineering and Data Science to deliver scalable, robust solutions, translating business needs and technical requirements into platform features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management for platform systems, infrastructure, or core services.
• Experience shipping technical products end-to-end and iterating based on impact.
• Technical expertise in AI/ML-powered products, data platforms, or decisioning systems with engineering/data science partners.
• Proven ability to develop multi-year product roadmaps aligned to market and business objectives.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication across remote teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 10-15%.

Responsibilities

• Own Model Factory as a product, ensuring operational excellence while defining how AI and human oversight work together.
• Scale cross-fraud services like name matching and address validation with high availability and low latency.
• Lead technical enablement for Score add-ons, architecting core components for reuse.
• Apply frameworks (RICE, Kano, JTBD) to drive data-based prioritization and tradeoffs.
• Develop product requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for engineering.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to ensure timely delivery of graph and signal-based features.
