Worth AI is seeking a Senior Engineer for the Platform team to accelerate engineering velocity across the organization. You will architect patterns, mentor engineers, and reduce friction in the development lifecycle while delivering reliable, scalable services and interfaces.

You will own performance improvements, evolve Kubernetes/ArgoCD workflows, and drive cross-team initiatives. This role emphasizes hands-on coding, architecture, and education across the team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership in Platform/DevEx roles.
• Strong mentorship and track record developing engineers' careers.
• Deep Node.js/TypeScript expertise with scalable backend/frontend experience.

Responsibilities

• Interview teams to identify pain points and prioritize tooling to remove them.
• Design reusable patterns with Nest.js, React.js, and TypeScript.
• Own performance issues in PostgreSQL and Kafka patterns.
