Job summary

Worth AI is seeking a Senior Engineer to join the Platform team to accelerate our engineering organization. You will act as a force multiplier, identifying friction, architecting shared patterns, and unblocking technical debt to speed delivery.

As a hands-on leader, you will design reusable patterns with Nest.js, React.js, and TypeScript, own Kubernetes/ArgoCD deployments, and mentor engineers across the organization to raise our technical bar.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Platform, Infrastructure, or Developer Experience teams.
• Deep expertise in Node.js/TypeScript, scalable Nest.js backends and React.js frontends.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes and ArgoCD for containerized workloads.

Responsibilities

• Identify pain points in development workflows and prioritize tooling or architectural changes.
• Design reusable patterns with Nest.js, React.js, and TypeScript for reliable services.
• Tackle systemic performance issues, optimize PostgreSQL queries and Kafka patterns.
• Own Kubernetes and ArgoCD configurations for safe deployments.
• Lead cross-team technical challenges and refactor legacy code into maintainable modules.
• Mentor engineers to elevate technical skills and architecture understanding.
• Prototype and roll out internal tools to improve CI/CD and observability.
• Documentation and workshops to adopt new frameworks or architecture.
