• Hands-on observability practices: logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting.
• Experience operating services on cloud infra (Azure or equivalent) with containers/Kubernetes and CI/CD.
• Maintenance-and-reliability mindset; treat operational health and clean code as first-class work.
• Clear communicator for engineers and non-engineers alike.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Stack Maintenance - Maintain and support services across the full platform and ensure integration knowledge.
• Reliability Engineering - Monitor platform health, investigate issues, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Feature Implementation - Design and ship features and improvements for platform components.
• Observability - Extend logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting for production visibility.
• Performance and scale - Profile and tune components under load and scale through growth.
• Quality - Write tests, participate in code reviews, and keep standards high.
• Incident response - Participate in on-call, root-cause analysis, and durable fixes.
