Quilter is hiring a Senior/Staff Platform Engineer to build and operate secure cloud infrastructure for PCB design workloads. You will own the controls, automate security policies, and partner with Platform engineers to improve reliability and efficiency.

You will focus on IAM, secrets, audit logging, and vulnerability remediation, while maintaining production systems and enabling compliant deployments across SOC 2, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP workstreams.

Formación

• Experience owning production cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on security controls such as IAM, secrets management, network restrictions or audit logging.
• Kubernetes, container and infrastructure-as-code experience; AWS and Terraform relevant.
• Strong troubleshooting across Linux, networking, cloud services, and application behavior.
• Ability to build automation in Python or Go and work with engineers on shared systems.
• Ability to translate security requirements into technical controls and demonstrate they work.
• Interest in recurring operational work and larger engineering projects.
• Clear communication and prioritization across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain secure infrastructure.
• Own the infrastructure maintenance lifecycle and keep components current.
• Implement and automate compliance controls for SOC 2/ISO 27001 and FedRAMP work.
• Make recovery dependable with backup/restore procedures.
• Improve operational readiness with alerts and incident playbooks.
• Contribute to infrastructure efficiency and cost awareness.
• Partner on safe deployment and data access across platforms.
