Quilter is seeking a Senior or Staff Platform Engineer to lead customer-facing deployments and integrations in enterprise environments. You’ll own systems end-to-end—from design through operation—working with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and identity providers to deliver repeatable deployments.

You’ll mentor teams and build automation, diagnostics, and shared tooling for future engagements. You’ll collaborate with customer IT teams, product, and GTM partners to translate needs into

• Experience delivering and supporting production software in cloud or customer-managed environments.
• Proven ability to work directly with external customers on technical implementation, integration, or troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with OIDC-based SSO and enterprise identity providers such as Microsoft Entra ID or Okta.
• Kubernetes and container fluency with debugging workloads and networking/storage/permissions issues.
• Strong cloud fundamentals with AWS; other clouds are a plus.
• Experience with infrastructure as code and building automation; ability to read code and logs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer deployment planning, define goals, constraints, and success criteria.
• Deploy and integrate Quilter across customer-managed and dedicated environments.
• Own enterprise identity integrations and OIDC setup, including registration and login flows.
• Troubleshoot across application and infrastructure boundaries and communicate findings.
• Create deployment automation, preflight checks, and validation procedures.
• Build scripts and integrations around supported interfaces with product/engineering teams.
• Ensure clear handoffs to customers and establish operating responsibilities.
• Align customer needs with engineering priorities and manage scope tradeoffs.
