Job summary

Quindar is seeking a skilled DevOps/Platform engineer to architect, automate, and deploy a high‑availability Kubernetes platform. You will implement secure, scalable infrastructure with IaC, collaborate with software teams to ensure robust architectures, and engage with customers for cloud and secure facility deployments.

You will lead automation, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring across distributed services, with a focus on performance, latency, and cost‑effective cloud strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field).
• 3+ years of professional experience as a reliability, systems, DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineer.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance (Secret/Top Secret).
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. (ITAR restrictions apply).

Responsibilities

• Architect, automate, test, deploy, and maintain scalable Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
• Implement DevSecOps practices focusing on SOC2, NIST 800-171, and FedRAMP Medium controls.
• Own Kubernetes deployment strategy and secure ingress/egress for multi-tenant environments.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend engineers in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Engage with customers to ensure successful deployments in cloud, on‑prem, and secure facilities.
