Job summary

Quilter is hiring a Senior/Staff Platform Engineer to lead customer-facing deployments in enterprise environments. The role focuses on deployments, identity integrations, and automation, partnering with customer IT teams and platform engineers.

You'll work across Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, networking, and access controls, ensuring smooth onboarding and repeatable deployments for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering and supporting production software in cloud or customer-managed environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with external customers or partners on technical implementation and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience implementing and debugging OIDC-based SSO with enterprise identity providers such as Microsoft Entra ID or Okta.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer deployment planning across environments and define success criteria.
• Deploy and integrate Quilter with Kubernetes, cloud, networking, and storage components.
• Own enterprise identity integrations including OpenID Connect (OIDC) SSO.
• Troubleshoot failures across application and infrastructure boundaries and guide customers.
• Develop deployment automation, preflight checks, and validation procedures to ensure repeatability.
• Create scripts and integrations to embed Quilter into customer workflows and handoffs.
