Job summary

Quilter is seeking a Senior/Staff Platform Engineer to lead customer deployments and integrations of our PCB automation platform in enterprise environments. You will work with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and identity providers to deliver scalable, repeatable deployments.

You will own OIDC-based SSO integrations, troubleshoot across environments, and build automation to streamline upgrades and handoffs. Strong customer-facing communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering production software in cloud or customer-managed environments.
• Direct work with external customers on technical implementations.
• Hands-on experience with OIDC-based SSO and cloud security.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer deployment planning: define goals, constraints, and success criteria.
• Deploy and integrate Quilter across Kubernetes and cloud environments.
• Own enterprise identity integrations: OIDC/SAML, login flows, and access mapping.
• Troubleshoot across application and infra boundaries with limited access.
• Make installations and upgrades repeatable via automation and preflight checks.
• Develop scripts/integrations to fit customer workflows and shared interfaces.
• Handoff deployments clearly: train customer teams and define support paths.
• Explain tradeoffs to engineering and coordinate with GTM.
