Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 5+ years of platform engineering or software development experience.
• Hands-on with enterprise CI/CD platforms and reusable workflow modules.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools for code generation and debugging.
• Experience with Artifactory and release/promotion patterns.
• Ability to own and deliver squad-level features and migrations with strong documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver key components of developer platform initiatives across CI/CD modernization, artifact management, developer tooling, and ArgoCD GitOps rollouts.
• Utilize AI pair-programming and automation tools to rapidly generate, refactor, and test CI/CD actions and deployment manifests.
• Inspect, validate, and troubleshoot platform configurations and automation pipelines for correctness and security.
• Build and maintain reusable pipeline templates and clear developer playbooks.
• Support artifact publish/consume patterns and CI compute optimization, resolving complex break/fix issues.
• Serve as primary technical contact for squads during platform rollouts and gather feedback to iterate on tooling.
• Instrument pipelines with telemetry and monitor time-to-green, flakiness, and reliability trends.
