Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python (or another backend language) with distributed systems experience.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and caching/messaging (Redis).
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), and cloud-native development.
• Proficient in API design and CI/CD pipeline engineering.
• Familiar with Infrastructure-as-Code and observability tooling (OpenTelemetry, Datadog).
• Experience operating systems built around AI/LLM infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver backend and platform services powering AI agent workflows.
• Contribute to CI/CD and progressive-delivery infrastructure for safe, continuous shipping.
• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
• Make architectural decisions prioritizing scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product, AI, and infra teams on cross-functional initiatives.
