Job summary

Worth AI is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join the Infrastructure team. This hands-on role focuses on building scalable infrastructure with Terraform, tuning Kubernetes workloads, and expanding automated deployment pipelines.

You will own and evolve our Kubernetes platform and security posture while collaborating with engineering teams to reduce toil and accelerate delivery. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in DevOps/SRE, strong AWS expertise, and a track record of improving reliability

Qualifications

• 8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
• Proven experience operating production Kubernetes environments at scale.
• Deep hands-on expertise with AWS and cloud networking.
• Strong experience building Terraform modules across large cloud environments.
• Demonstrated ownership of CI/CD systems and measurable improvement of DORA metrics.

Responsibilities

• Write Terraform and automate infrastructure provisioning.
• Tune and operate Kubernetes workloads (EKS or self-managed).
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment frequency.
• Design and enforce IAM, secrets management, and secure networking.
• Refactor manual processes into automated, testable systems.
