Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Sr. Platform and Data Analyst to support enterprise Salesforce and platform operations, data management, governance, security, and performance initiatives across the bank.

The role partners with business and technology stakeholders to ensure data integrity, availability, and effectiveness while balancing strategic initiatives with operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Eight+ years in data analytics, platform administration, or data governance.
• Experience with Salesforce data management and reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Salesforce platform data health and related processes.
• Monitor and improve data quality, consistency, and integrity.
• Execute data movement, validation, remediation, reconciliation, and testing with SQL or similar tools.
• Contribute to enterprise data governance initiatives and standards.
• Partner with teams to improve data management and platform effectiveness.
• Analyze data trends and platform performance to identify root causes.
• Support platform security, compliance, and governance activities.
• Develop dashboards and executive presentations communicating findings.
