The Sr. Platform and Data Analyst is a key member of a technology-focused Center of Excellence (COE) responsible for supporting enterprise Salesforce and additional platform operations, data management, governance, security, and performance initiatives across U.S. Bank.
This role partners with business and technology stakeholders to ensure the integrity, quality, availability, and effectiveness of critical platform data while supporting enterprise-wide business objectives.
Working within a highly collaborative and agile team environment, this individual will lead efforts related to data quality, data movement, platform optimization, reporting, issue resolution, and governance activities.
The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with operational priorities and must be able to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
This role provides broad organizational exposure and supports multiple business functions across the enterprise.
The individual will collaborate with business leaders, technology partners, data owners, and subject matter experts to deliver sustainable solutions that improve platform performance, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Eight or more years of relevant experience in data analytics, platform administration, business systems, data governance, or related disciplines.
Experience supporting Salesforce platforms, including data management, reporting, and platform optimization.
Knowledge of enterprise data governance principles, data quality frameworks, and data stewardship practices.
Experience with data movement, data integration, data validation, and remediation activities.
Intermediate SQL skills with the ability to query, analyze, and validate large datasets.
Strong skills in data analysis, data migration, and data governance.
Strong understanding of data management lifecycle processes and controls.
Experience working in cross-functional environments supporting multiple business lines.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Previous banking or financial services experience preferred.
Salesforce certifications preferred.
Maintains high levels of Salesforce platform data quality and integrity.
Contributes to enterprise data governance and compliance initiatives.
Partners effectively with business and technology stakeholders to solve complex data challenges.
Demonstrates flexibility and responsiveness when priorities shift.
Serves as a trusted resource for platform data, reporting, governance, and operational support.

Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00
