U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Business Banking Salesforce Project Manager to shape the future of our BCRM Salesforce platform. You will bridge business stakeholders with product, sales, and technology to deliver value and improve user experience.

In this hybrid role, you’ll manage prioritization, requirements, and delivery across teams, ensuring alignment with customer needs and strategic goals for Business Banking at U.S. Bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Eight or more years of experience leading complex business, technology, platform, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead prioritization, planning, design and implementation of Salesforce platform enhancements.
• Translate business objectives into actionable Salesforce solutions with cross‑functional teams.
• Gather requirements, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and analyze business processes.
• Drive adoption, change management, and continuous improvement of the platform.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives from concept to delivery and ensure stakeholder alignment.
