Job summary

BNY is seeking a Senior Engineering/Developer to join the RME/SMS team in NY/NJ. You will lead architecture, engineering, and strategic evolution of the Responsibility Management & Entitlements and Secrets Management platforms, enabling secure, scalable enterprise services across the firm.

You will partner with engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application teams to deliver compliant, highly available solutions that support regulatory requirements and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and evolution of RME and Secrets Management platforms.
• Drive platform modernization for scalability, performance, and resiliency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, compliant solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for cloud expansion and modernization programs.
• Influence technology direction and drive consensus across teams.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen platform stability and reduce operational risk.
• Mentor engineers and promote accountability and continuous improvement.
• Deliver immediate value on a business-critical platform with strong execution.
