Job summary

BNY Mellon seeks a Senior Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to lead hands-on development for the Wealth Services Platform. The role encompasses building scalable applications, setting coding standards, and guiding a team to deliver secure, high-performance software.

You will mentor others, contribute to architecture decisions, and ensure alignment with security and compliance requirements while collaborating across product and security teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10-14 years of full stack software development experience; finance domain preferred.
• Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks (Angular, React, Flutter, Dart) and back-end tech (Java, Spring, Oracle, MongoDB, SQL).
• Experience with REST APIs, cloud, DevOps, and SDLC processes; interest in AI-assisted tooling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as hands-on full-stack developer, designing, building, testing, and deploying applications.
• Write high-quality, scalable code across front-end and back-end.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and security teams to deliver solutions.
• Lead by example, implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
