Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in New Brunswick, NJ seeks a Senior Manager to architect and build a shared, full-stack platform powering analytics, digital products, and digital workers across PDS. You will design distributed, multi-service systems that combine orchestration, autonomous agents, and reusable components into a single internal platform-as-a-service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience with deep full-stack delivery.
• Experience building LLM-powered or agentic applications and platform governance.

Responsibilities

• Architect distributed, multi-service platforms with orchestration and autonomous agents.
• Build production FastAPI applications with async I/O and real-time streaming.
• Develop frontend patterns and a shared component library for a cohesive UX.
• Lead MCP server development and ensure dual-intent delivery for web and desktop.
