You will work as a subject matter expert, delivering high-quality code and pipeline designs with minimal guidance while coaching teammates.

The role requires strong Python/SQL skills, cloud experience (Databricks, AWS/Azure), and a track record of solving challenging problems with impact on product and patients.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a quantitative or engineering discipline; MS a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, ML engineering, or related field; independent delivery demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of complex, loosely scoped problems with minimal guidance; apply independent judgment on approach and implementation.
• Write well-tested code and pipeline designs; provide technical guidance to other engineers.
• Act as SME within projects; ensure test coverage, deployment quality; coach others to raise team capability.
