Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years hands-on IT engineering and architecture in content, digital, and AI platforms.
• 4–5 years backend engineering—production-grade APIs, microservices, data pipelines.
• 4–5 years DevOps and AWS cloud infrastructure with IaC and containerization.
• Strong full-stack capabilities with frontend and database experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and deliver solution architectures for content & digital platforms and Marketing AI.
• Lead Azure-to-AWS migration and design target-state AWS architecture using Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, and more.
• Develop agentic AI applications for content generation, audience segmentation, and real-time personalization.
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code, and container orchestration.
• Ensure platform security, compliance, and cost optimization with IAM, encryption, and data privacy controls.
• Lead full-stack and backend engineering, building microservices and data pipelines; integrate ecosystem with APIs.
