Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, Content & Digital Experience Capabilities—Solution Architecture & Engineering in Princeton, NJ. You will architect and deliver end-to-end digital and AI platform solutions, lead cloud migrations, and drive DevOps, security, and governance across content workflows.

The role requires extensive backend/full-stack experience, strong AWS/Azure skills, and hands-on leadership in AI/ML platforms with a focus on scalable, compliant enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on IT engineering and architecture experience, incl. content, digital, and AI platforms.
• 4-5 years of heavy backend engineering—production APIs, microservices, data pipelines.
• 4-5 years of hands-on DevOps and AWS cloud infrastructure with CI/CD and IaC.
• Strong full-stack capabilities—backend and DevOps, with frontend experience in React.js/TypeScript.
• Experience with AI/ML and GenAI incl. Bedrock, SageMaker, LLM-based apps and agentic AI frameworks.
• Solid IT governance, data privacy, cyber security reviews, and API-based integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; familiar with pharma industry.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver solution architectures for content & digital platforms and AI tooling; hands-on coding.
• Lead Azure-to-AWS migration of Marketing AI platform; map services and re-platform workloads.
• Build agentic AI applications with governance and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Drive DevOps and cloud infrastructure: CI/CD pipelines, IaC, container orchestration, and serverless deployments.
• Ensure platform security, compliance, and cost governance.
• Lead full-stack and backend engineering; design microservices and data pipelines.
• Mentor engineers, review architecture, and maintain standards across teams.
