Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, Content & Digital Experience Capabilities to architect, build, and deliver scalable platforms. You will lead end-to-end migrations to AWS, implement production-grade microservices, and drive AI-enabled marketing capabilities across content and digital channels.

Responsibilities include leading DevOps practices, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with security, data, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 8+ years of hands-on IT engineering/architecture experience.
• 4-5 years of heavy backend engineering—production-grade APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, with Python/Node.js/Java.
• 4-5 years of hands-on DevOps and AWS cloud infrastructure—CI/CD, IaC, container orchestration, serverless, with cloud migration experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and deliver solution architectures for content & digital platforms and the Marketing AI platform.
• Lead Azure-to-AWS migration of Marketing AI platform and design target AWS architecture.
• Lead PoCs and pilots for agentic marketing use cases and scale to production.
