Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in New Brunswick, NJ seeks a Sr Manager, Analytics Operations – DevOps to lead DevOps capabilities enabling scalable analytics, data, AI/ML platforms. You will drive CI/CD, IaC, automation, and observability while partnering with data engineers, AI researchers, security, and product teams.

The role requires strong cloud engineering experience, Kubernetes management, and a focus on secure, compliant operations across enterprise analytics environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and IaC workflows.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools such as Grafana and CloudWatch.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of CI/CD, GitOps, IaC, and automated testing for analytics platforms.
• Build and maintain automated pipelines for analytics assets and ML solutions.
• Design and manage cloud-native infrastructure on AWS.
• Establish monitoring, logging, and observability for platform health.
• Collaborate with DataOps, MLOps, AI Operations, and support teams.
