The Senior Lead Platform Activation Architect will craft narratives, demos, and workshops that translate platform capabilities into measurable business outcomes, bridging technical depth with compelling storytelling for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical or commercial roles such as solution activation, sales engineering, or technical marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Proven ability to present to customers and tell a clear, compelling story that connects technical capabilities to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Translate Lumen Validated Designs into customer-centric activation experiences, including narratives, demos, workshops, webinars, and value engagements.
• Build and deliver compelling customer stories focused on business outcomes and real-world use cases.
• Design, build, and present interactive demos showing end-to-end architecture and platform capabilities.
• Bring executive presence to customer sessions, webinars, and partner-led engagements; facilitate conversations with technical and business audiences.
• Partner across Product, Technology, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and ecosystem partners to shape activation strategies and narratives.
• Develop repeatable enablement assets and go-to-market motions that scale across the field and partners.
• Apply the LVD and Demo Center of Excellence framework to ensure demos are validated, interactive, and outcome-oriented.
