Grifols, S.A. is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day donor center operations in Lancaster, TX. This role focuses on supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving performance and donor satisfaction across shifts.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in phlebotomy/donor processing, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of relevant standards (FDA, CLIA, cGMP). This on-site position emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Phlebotomist, Donor Center Technician, Plasma Processor and Designated Trainer certifications are required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Six years of related phlebotomy/donor/plasma processing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as acting leader in the absence of the Center Manager and supports all donor center tasks.
• Oversees donor operations and supervises staff during shifts, providing shift leadership and coaching.
• Creates employee schedules to align with donor cycles.
• Manages inventory levels and submits vendor orders as needed.
• Maintains compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and internal SOPs and records.
• Collaborates with Center Manager and Quality on deviations and improvements.
• Monitors donor flow and ensures an exceptional donor experience.
• Ensures proper documentation and reports as required.
