Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor in Amarillo, TX to lead donor center operations, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role supports the Center Manager in driving performance, donor satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

You will oversee donor flow, ensure safety and quality, and manage daily operational plans to meet targets, with opportunities for growth within a global healthcare company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomist, Donor Center Technician, Plasma Processor and Designated Trainer certifications required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead donor center operations and supervise staff during shifts.
• Create staff schedules and coordinate staffing.
• Manage inventory levels and submit orders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP SOPs and company procedures.
• Provide shift leadership and coaching to the team.
• Support Center Manager in achieving performance targets.
