Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from accredited program.
• Phlebotomist, Donor Center Technician, Plasma Processor and Designated Trainer certifications.
• CPR certification completed and current.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site leader in the absence of the Center Manager and supervise donor flow and staff.
• Oversee donor operations, schedule staff, coordinate tasks, and coach team members.
• Maintain inventory levels and submit vendor orders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP standards and SOPs.
• Monitor donor throughput, quality and productivity; report deviations.
• Lead safety culture and accurate documentation across the center.
