Job summary

Grifols in Amarillo, TX seeks a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead donor floor operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with FDA, CLIA, OSHA, and cGMP. You will schedule shifts, manage inventory, drive performance, and partner with the Center Manager and Quality team to improve donor satisfaction and throughput.

Relocation bonus up to $7,500 is available. The role requires phlebotomy-related certifications, strong customer service, and ability to operate in a highly regulated plasma

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Certified as a Phlebotomist, Donor Center Technician, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.
• CPR Certified

Responsibilities

• Serve as acting leader in absence of Center Manager.
• Oversee donor operations and supervise staff during shifts.
• Create employee schedules for donor cycles.
• Determine inventory levels and submit orders to vendors.
• Keep Center Manager informed of irregularities and action plans.
• Support daily operational plans to achieve targets.
• Partner with Quality team to resolve deviations.
• Monitor donor flow and address delays for donor experience.
