Job summary

Grifols in Amarillo, TX is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead daily donor center operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with FDA, CLIA, OSHA, and cGMP standards while promoting donor satisfaction.

The role requires coordinating shifts, staffing, schedules, inventory planning, and continuous improvement initiatives in a high-volume medical setting. Eligible for relocation assistance bonus up to $7,500.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Certified as a Phlebotomist, Donor Center Technician, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.
• CPR Certified.

Responsibilities

• Serve as acting leader in the absence of the Center Manager and perform tasks within the plasma center.
• Oversee donor operations and supervise staff during shifts, including staffing, task assignments, breaks, and coaching.
• Create employee schedules to accommodate donor cycles.
• Manage inventory levels and submit vendor orders.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, FDA, CLIA, OSHA, and cGMP.
• Monitor donor flow and address delays to ensure a positive donor experience.
• Lead safety culture and report unsafe conditions.
