Grifols Shared Services North America, Inc in Stonecrest, GA is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead daily plasma donor center operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with FDA, CLIA, OSHA and cGMP standards. You will act as shift leader, coordinate staffing, schedules, and coaching to maintain donor throughput and quality.

Requires high school diploma or GED and certifications in phlebotomy/donor center roles; typically 6 years of related phlebotomy/plasma processing

Qualifications

Requires high school diploma or GED and related phlebotomy/plasma processing credentials.
Requires ability to adhere to SOPs and safety protocols in a regulated plasma center.
Strong English communication, both written and verbal; bilingual skills a plus.
Demonstrated customer service orientation and ability to work in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

Lead donor floor operations as acting Center Manager in their absence.
Supervise donor center staff during assigned shifts and coordinate staffing and coaching.
Maintain donor throughput, quality, and productivity metrics.
Ensure regulatory compliance with FDA, CLIA, OSHA, and cGMP procedures.
Oversee inventory management and supplier coordination; assist in budget control.
