Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead daily donor floor operations, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory and quality standards are met. The role supports the Center Manager in driving performance, donor satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include shift leadership, staffing coordination, inventory management, and adherence to FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP standards. Strong communication and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Certified as a Phlebotomist, Donor Center Technician, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer. CPR Certified.
• Typically requires 6 years of related experience with phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing duties.

Responsibilities

• Serves as acting leader in the absence of the Center Manager as assigned.
• Oversees donor operations and supervise Operation Supervisor(s) and donor center staff during assigned shifts.
• Creates employee schedules to accommodate donor cycles and coaching of team members.
• Maintains familiarity with state and federal regulations and SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP, and related procedures.
• Ensures donor throughput, quality, and productivity; reports irregularities with action plans.
• Submits timely and accurate reports and assists in center operations and onboarding/training of staff.
