Job summary

The Senior Operations Supervisor at Grifols Shared Services North America, Inc. leads daily donor center operations, manages staff and ensures adherence to FDA, CLIA and cGMP standards to deliver a safe, compliant and high-quality donor experience.

You will schedule shifts, monitor donor flow, collaborate with Center Manager and Quality teams, train staff, and drive performance, safety, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced plasma center environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 6 years of related experience in phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing.
• Experience handling regulatory, quality and documentation requirements in a plasma center.

Responsibilities

• Acts as acting leader in the absence of the Center Manager and oversees donor operations.
• Schedules staff, coordinates tasks, breaks, and coaching during shifts.
• Monitors donor flow and ensures an exceptional donor experience.
• Maintains compliance with FDA, CLIA, OSHA, cGMP and SOPs.
• Drives daily operational plans to meet performance targets.
• Trains and cross-trains staff to support center agility and performance.
• Keeps records and reports accurate; supports budget and center funds control.
