Grifols in College Station, TX seeks a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead donor floor operations, supervise staff, and support regulatory compliance. The role acts as lead on shifts, coordinates staffing, and drives performance, donor satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

You will work under the Center Manager, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to FDA, CLIA, and OSHA standards while managing daily tasks and reporting outcomes.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Phlebotomist/Donor Center Technician/Plasma Processor certifications are required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience with SOPs and regulatory standards is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Act as leader in the absence of the Center Manager and supervise donor center staff.
• Oversee donor operations, staffing, coaching, and shift leadership.
• Create staff schedules and manage inventory for center operations.
• Monitor donor flow and ensure a superior donor experience.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and internal SOPs.
