Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading/training staff or managing a process or project.
• Experience using SAP and Microsoft Office to streamline processes and boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily/weekly yields, efficiencies, and profitability while optimizing staffing and production schedules.
• Develop and implement safety and ergonomic programs; train employees on safe work practices.
• Uphold sanitation, product quality, and customer service standards to ensure USDA/compliance.
• Lead training and continuous improvement initiatives to boost team performance and plant efficiency.
• Provide strong leadership on the production floor to keep teams motivated and aligned.
