Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Plant Engineer in Wilson, NC to lead the maintenance and engineering teams in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will own capital projects, drive maintenance strategies, and ensure safety and quality across all processes.

You’ll develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs, TPM, and other high-impact initiatives to maximize uptime and productivity while guiding a team to deliver reliable, state-of-the-art manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field and 8+ years’ experience
• 2+ years of demonstrated team management or project leadership
• Advanced technical skills in mechanical/electrical fields (e.g., PLCs, instrumentation)
• Knowledge of maintenance systems such as preventive/predictive maintenance and TPM
• Ability to use exposure monitoring equipment and interpret results
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

Responsibilities

• Own capital projects from concept to completion with on-time, on-budget delivery
• Develop and implement maintenance systems: preventive, predictive maintenance, TPM
• Lead and manage maintenance team, delegate tasks, enforce policies
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime
• Develop and track KPIs for equipment reliability and maintenance performance
