Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking a Plant Engineer in Wilson, North Carolina to lead the maintenance and engineering department in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. You will drive uptime by implementing preventive and predictive maintenance, TPM, and advanced technology projects across the plant.

You will manage capital projects from concept to completion, lead a maintenance team, analyze equipment reliability, and track KPIs to improve performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience.
2+ years in team management or project leadership.
Strong leadership, planning, teamwork, and adaptability.
Advanced skills in mechanical/electrical fields and resource planning.
Knowledge of maintenance systems, W.O. processes, TPM.
Proficient with MS Office, Excel & Word.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee capital projects from concept to completion with minimal disruption.
Develop and implement maintenance systems to maximize uptime.
Manage maintenance team through task delegation and planning.
Troubleshoot everyday issues and drive long-term solutions.
Develop KPIs to monitor equipment reliability and OEE.
