Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution.
• 3-5 years' experience in a standard cost environment as an account or cost accountant.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with manufacturing cost accounting and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger accuracy.
• Manage fixed assets, intercompany accounting, cost accounting, and inventory reporting.
• Support budgets, forecasts and financial analysis for decision making.
• Lead internal controls testing, including SOX compliance.
• Assist with payroll processing and capital expenditure analysis.
