Job summary

Howmet Aerospace seeks a Controller for the Cleveland Wheels manufacturing location to lead financial planning, analysis and reporting. You will partner with plant leaders to drive cost control, forecast accuracy and capital project oversight.

The role requires a strong manufacturing accounting background, GAAP expertise and team leadership. You will coordinate monthly closes, drive process improvements and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of financial analysis experience, preferably as a Controller.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Experience with GAAP, audits and cost accounting in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide financial analysis for Cleveland manufacturing location.
• Lead monthly close, forecast and annual operating plan processes.
• Develop and supervise a finance team with clear goals and accountability.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to drive cost reduction and efficiency.
