Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Recordkeeper to provide administrative and client service support to large defined contribution retirement plan clients, including plan administration, trust reconciliation, client reporting and issue resolution.

You will mentor junior staff and ensure accurate processing of plan transactions. The role emphasizes data interpretation, client communication, and collaboration with plan sponsors and third-party providers in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client service experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability to changing circumstances and shifting priorities.
• Knowledge of defined contribution retirement plans is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and mentor lower-level recordkeepers to support team effectiveness and service excellence.
• Respond to client requests for information in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve client administrative and service-related issues while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all transactions are processed in accordance with company and client standards.
• Process plan valuation transactions, including contributions, loans, withdrawals, earnings allocations, and data loads.
• Perform and analyze required defined contribution plan testing and plan design analyses, including discrimination testing.
• Coordinate omnibus fund purchases and sales with third-party fund companies.
• Prepare and distribute client deliverables, including valuation reports and tax/compliance filings.
